Dear Community, In the interests of a safe, open, and transparent government, I have been immersed in studies of our fundamental, Constitutional, and Civil rights for years. I know when my unalienable rights are being violated as they are now by different courts in 2 different states—Arizona and New Jersey—for nearly 20 months.

As a Minister and Educator with a lifetime of service to children, families, and community, I have always been drawn to protect others. Now I am one who needs support and protection. Since April 2024, I have been harmed by many constitutional and civil rights due process violations, as well as violations of the American Disabilities Act.

Despite documented certified lawful requests, notices, and motions filed for relief, my pleas for Constitutional and Civil rights have yet to be heard, and the court’s threats continue. My case is extremely strong for Appellate, Federal District Court, or higher. However, out of necessity, I humbly request your assistance in 3 ways.

First, your financial support of any amount helps ensure my safety and legal aid, which has been very costly. Second, your prayers for a peaceful resolution mean the world to me. With the help of our Almighty Creator Who Can Move Mountains, I will be safe and free, and the highest good for all involved will be made manifest. Third, please share this message with others who are passionate about freedom and a just government.

Please know I do not believe that all officers of the Court and Police Departments are inherently bad, but they have been incorporated and hire subcontractors who do not take any oath to protect us. Many may be perhaps misled on how to work with those requesting Constitutional and Civil rights protections where there is no injured party and authorities are not adhering to their own rules.
