Dear Coaches, athletes and USA Swim families,

We would like to extend our condolences to the swimmers and families that are grieving the loss of Coach Chris, a dedicated mentor, leader, and friend who touched the lives of so many. Coach Chris was more than just a coach; he was an inspiration, shaping both USA and Master swimmers young with his wisdom, dedication, and unwavering support. His passion for the sport of swimming and commitment to our IES swim community left an indelible mark that will never be forgotten.

As we come together to honor Coach Chris’ memory, we are reaching out to our community for support. We aim to assist the family with memorial expenses and establish a tribute that reflects the profound impact Coach Chris had on his team and our IES community. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the burden on the family during this difficult time and ensure Coach Chris’ legacy lives on. Some ideas include cards or letters of the impact he has had in our swimming community and or general donations to help them with memorial costs.

If you would like to contribute, donations can be made at the IES champs meet at one of the IES tables in the gym. Please look for a donation box with Chris' name on it or scan the QR code to donate to the GoFund me page. We appreciate your generosity and kindness during this time of loss.
