Keep Christiana, Mychal, and Rocco in Their Home

Hello, my name is Christiana Holm and I am a single mother of two amazing boys, Mychal (14 years old) and Rocco (14 months old). We currently reside in a beautiful home which is rented and was obtained through hard work, determination, and a lot of personal changes 4 years ago. Through trials and tribulations over those 4 years, I found myself in an amazing space until a year and a half ago when halfway through my pregnancy.

After almost 7 months after giving birth and beingskipped out on struggling with post partum and other mental health issues that worsened with the pregnancy, I finally found employment and just started receiving child care in the last month thanks to a higher power. Even with these good things, it's been more than a struggle. Working in therapy and with a social worker and my doula support and friends and family. I say all that to say

Today I am facing eviction from my home. Since January, I have gotten the rent down from $12,000 to $6,000, but now it has gone back up due to missing work with the other half opting out as they feel, also illness that has had my son in the hospital and continues as regular children colds and such as he has started child care, and struggling with the stress of everything on top of working on my mental health. I am seeking help from all resources, but due to the amount owed, a lot of agencies will not help me or they literally do not have funding. I have tried to be on a payment plan with the landlord, and this was with no success at all. I do not want to lose my home and I am trying each day to be hopeful things will get better. Sadly, I am at a dead end and need help any way that I can find and receive it.

court is July 10th and hope to show up with confidence and show my ability to get on my feet after the last year with my situation. I have found free lawyer help but that is not a guarantee of any services and I have reached out to their resources and have either not heard back or been told there's nothing available.

Anything helps sincerely and is greatly appreciated from me and my boys.
