Keep Chloe’s memory alive & receiving justice for her death

On early Sunday morning of January 12th, 2025, My niece, Chloe Alyssa Ramsubhag, was in a tragic car accident that took her life. Chloe was 14 years old with a beautiful soul who touched many with her vivacious smile. She was loved and made her mark in her short years on earth. It is unfortunate that the system has failed her and we will forever want to keep her memory alive. I ask from the bottom of my heart for any donations to do so.
