Chef Clayton here with Can't Believe It's Vegan in Westerville, Ohio. For the past 3 years, we've strived to provide great-tasting food that is also great for your body and great for the planet, and we have succeeded in that endeavor by pleasing vegans and omnivores alike.

In the past few months, our business has dropped considerably because of the difficult economy we are all living through. Add to that the cost of goods and materials, and we have gotten behind on our lease and several loan payments. I understand that my business isn't the only one experiencing these challenges, but I believe the uniqueness of our restaurant and the food make it worthwhile to support.
