My name is Rich and I am best friends with owner of Café con Mel- Melanie Diaz.

I’ve watched my friend and her dear partner Joy work tirelessly day after day to keep this place going and never complain.

Chances are if you’re reading this you already know the bad card they have been dealt.

Without proper help from the SBA or any other pandemic relief out there how can they expect a small business to survive? Especially with the rising costs of product they need to sell.

The numerical amount is what the Restaurant Revitalization Fund had promised to give them before the SBA was tied up in litigation for the 21 day grace period they gave minority and woman owned businesses. Any little bit helps!
