Keep Bridge Chattanooga Adventuring in 2023!
Donation protected
We connect students to nature, create adventures, and inspire joy. In addition to having a great time outdoors, Bridge Chattanooga teaches outdoor leadership skills, positive youth development and provides the space to build healthy relationships that promote social emotional learning and good communication skills in a safe, trauma-informed environment.
Bridge Chattanooga was started in 2017 and has served more than 175 students through 16 crews from Dalewood Middle School and Brainerd High School. We recently began partnering with The Bethlehem Center to serve students in South Chattanooga as well. Our supportive community is the reason that we have the resources to do this work and we are very grateful!
Donations that are made at the end of 2022 will help us continue our adventures throughout 2023. Funding will support our Afterschool Adventure Program for middle and high school, as well as our Summer Outdoor Leadership and Job Readiness Program for high school students. Donors can give online through this GoFundMe platform, directly through First Cumberland Presbyterian at this link (just select "Bridge Chattanooga" from the drop-down menu), or by mailing a check to Bridge Chattanooga, 1505 N. Moore Road, Chattanooga, TN 37411.
Volunteers are needed for outdoor adventures and to donate/cook dinners for 8-10 students on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. For more information, please reach out to Sarah using the "Contact" button below.
