My name is Brad. I have an ongoing medical issue which makes working difficult, and attempting to work through the process of obtaining Partial Disability has proved very daunting. A recent one-vehicle accident has left me with no transportation, and has resulted in an imminent loss of employment, resulting further in imminent loss of housing for myself and my service dog.
