Boo’s Bar & Eatery; a beloved, third-generation, family-run gem in the heart of Lincoln, is facing one of its toughest seasons yet.

Because of the ongoing construction in Jordan Hollow, this local staple is struggling. Parking is nearly impossible, foot traffic has slowed, and the once-bustling dining room now sits quieter than ever. But behind those doors? The same big-hearted incredible Phillips family still stands patiently waiting, serving, smiling, and showing up for their community, just like they always have.

If you know Burgandy & the incredible Phillips family you know they always welcome everyone with open arms. There is always a seat at their table, always a plate of food for you. Always a cold drink to have, or a warm jacket and gloves if you need it. No questions asked, ever. They give, and give even when they have nothing left to give. They wear their hearts on their sleeves.

Going back generations this family has poured their hearts into almost every community event and fundraiser. They have hosted multiple events themselves to help the surrounding community. And with the current construction out front of their restaurant and lack of parking due to it- it is making the day to day operations of Boo’s nearly impossible! And it’s time for us as a community to now help them just get through this next little bit! They’ve poured their hearts into this town for decades. And now, with business down and bills piling up, it’s our turn to pour some love back.

Construction won’t be ending soon, but that doesn’t mean Boo’s should suffer because of it. Every takeout order, every drop-in, every shared post, and every kind word helps keep this small but mighty business alive.

Let’s rally behind Boo’s like they’ve always rallied behind us.
