Help keep our extended family rolling

This family needs your love and support!
On Friday, February 2nd, 2024, the band Remedy Tree, based out of central Florida and led by Gabriel Acevedo, was en route to his home after a performance when a car broadsided his van. Gabriel, his wife Abigail, and their 3 very young children were all in the van at the time of impact.

Gabriel and his wife Abigail suffered back and neck injuries but will be ok with medical care. Thankfully, their 3 children were fine but severely traumatized.

Needless to say, their van was destroyed, and it will be months, maybe more before anything can be resolved. This is a complex case because of the type of vehicle and the custom features needed to allow them to travel self-contained with adequate storage for their gear. Like most insurance companies, they can only expedite or at least forecast an outcome on a stock type vehicle.

The other driver was cited.

Over the next several months, they will receive medical treatment and sort out what to do.

Links are included to show just a small part of the original customization.

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED! We want to keep them on the road and working while this is sorted out, and we are asking for your help. Debi and I are arranging for them to purchase a used van that will serve as an adequate means of transportation for now so they do not lose more income. The van will be delivered to them on Monday, so downtime will be at a minimum.

The approximate amount needed is for the following:
$6,000.00 Van 2011 Ford E-350 Passenger with Tow Package,
$1,000.00 New Tires, Tune Up Oil Change, Hoses, Belts, etc...
$500.00 materials to customize the van for their needs...plus living expenses while they sort everything out.

All donations go direct to the Acevedo Family

Please note: This is a temporary fund for them. It is still unknown what may happen with already mounting medical bills and future expenses related to this accident. This family means the world to us, and we are calling on everyone to help them out of a hardship.
