Hello, my name is Azel Wingard, and I'm a Freshman at Central Michigan University. Although I've only been there for 1 semester, it has been an incredibly healing experience for me. I've always struggled to feel accepted in my environments, whether that be school, work, or my home life, but CMU, and the people I've met there, have made me feel more at home than ever before. Currently, I'm pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship with the hopes to one day open a restaurant. Though that dream still sits on the horizon for me, there's been some unexpected financial roadblocks that have left me with nowhere else to turn, so I ask that anyone who sees this, and is willing and able, will donate to my cause so that I can continue to follow my dream at Central Michigan University, my home.
