As many if you will know, we sadly lost my brother Sean in Autumn 2022 after a long battle with his own demons, which is why our charity of choice is 'Mind'.

I have so many great memories with Sean - one of which is completing our first mud and obstacle race 'Keep Attacking' together last year. So in February, when the weather is colder and the mud deeper, a group of us will be running it again in memory of Sean.

It is a tough challenge but also a fun one so if you feel up for it please do message and join.
