He is a dear friend, a wonderful caring person and an extremely talented DJ (plz check out his beautiful, radical beats below, and share them!).
He recently traveled to New York City for the first time on a brief visit and became very sick due to end stage liver disease as a result of Hepatitis C. Despite the virus being cleared from his system with medication a few years back, and clean living, healthy eating and zero smoking, vaping, drinking, etc., the damage was already done by the virus.
Drs are adamant that he is too sick to travel back home to NorCal where we all love and miss him very much. Unfortunately they can offer him no housing in NY except homeless shelters, in which he has previously been robbed and assaulted, leaving him too traumatized to avail himself of this option. He cannot even return to his friend’s place in a nearby state because he very much Needs this medical treatment.
As a native of New Orleans, I can relate and completely understand his dilemma.
He is spending the small income he has on hotel rooms and will soon be completely out of funds.
This is grim and he deserves so much better❤️
We are raising money to help house him in New York while he is receiving medical treatment for the next 8-12 weeks, and asking people to send lots of ❤️and healing vibes.
