AP classes are already stressful, and for a lot of students, getting help usually means paying for tutors, prep books, or expensive online programs. That should not be the reason someone falls behind. AP Scholr was built to give students free support across all 38 AP subjects, so they can study, review, and prepare without money being the thing that decides how much help they get.

I started AP Scholr in April 2026 with a small team of students because we saw how many people needed better AP support. In our first two weeks, AP Scholr reached over 2,600 users, and during the school year we have been growing by around 2,000 new users per week. Students are using it because it is simple, accessible, and free.

But keeping something like this free is not free for us.

We have to pay for AI credits, APIs, hosting, deployments, domains, and other tools needed to keep the site running. In just the first two weeks, we spent over $150 out of pocket. As high school students, that is a lot, especially when our goal is not to charge users, but to keep AP Scholr open to anyone who needs it.

Donations will go directly toward keeping AP Scholr online, improving the platform, adding better study tools, and reaching more students, especially students who cannot afford private tutoring or paid test prep.
