Keep Ally-Rose from Deportation

WE NEED YOUR URGENT HELP: Ally-Rose’s  green card visa has been DENIED and we are raising money so that we can reapply within the next 23 days to keep her in the country. We are two young transgender people in love. We have never done any crowd fund sourcing before because we both believe in being self sufficient and saving up for things we need, but this time is different. We are desperately in need of assistance because there is just no way for us to raise the funds alone in time to beat deportation. For those who don’t know Ally Rose has been here since January and I have been busting my ass working 2-3 jobs to try and support us both through the immigration process. I have recently lost one of my jobs, which was our main source of income, and am doing the best I can to keep things afloat, but with less than 20hrs of work per week, I simply don’t have the $2460 in filing fees and roughly $3500 in lawyers fees needed to reapply to keep my wife by my side. That is why I have begun this campaign. We made every effort to complete the immigration process properly, but sadly this denial was out of our control, and due to policy changes that happened AFTER we submitted our application. At the time we applied it was written into the provided instructions that we would be required to provide proof of financial support at a later date, so we were awaiting confirmation of the first half of our application to begin the financial sponsorship section. But, thanks to Trumps string of anti-immigrant policy changes, we have been denied based on the fact that I since our application was submitted they changed the requirements to need the financial sponsorship application at the SAME time as all of the other documentation. In the past we would have been given the opportunity to amend this decision and submit our paperwork, but again thanks to policy changes we have been out right denied and must REAPPLY ENTIRELY. Although we are married and Ally Rose has claim to a legal right to stay, the government has given us less than a month, 23 days from today to be exact, to either completely reapply for her permanent residency, or have her go back to England, and handle the process from there, which can take significantly longer. To be honest I can’t imagine how much that would crush us now, after living every day by each other’s side, she is my other half to have to leave her now would be the biggest heart break. We are so in love, please help us stay together. We don’t have much time... Any donation helps!
