Hello, I’m Aj. I’m a mommy to 3 wonderful children, one of which is disabled. I’m trying my best to stay afloat and support my children. Things will hopefully get better soon; I’ve found a closer job. I just need help keeping us in this apartment; if we lose it, we will have to go back to my abuser's home and I will likely lose my children. I know we need more help than most, but I have nobody to help us. I do it all alone and have no family to call on. We’ve maxed out all local aid. We lost insurance recently and are struggling to make the meeting for food stamps. It’s very difficult. I truly think soon we will be back on our feet as long as we can keep our home.
