AJ has stage 4 metastatic cancer. While he receives excellent medical care at home from his amazing hospice nurses, his illness has progressed to the point where he cannot be left alone safely for even a short time.
It is our hope that he can stay at home, as he has always wished, rather than having to be in a nursing facility.
AJ needs a full-time caregiver. He has a supportive husband of two years who would love nothing more than to care for AJ for every day he has left. But finances don't allow that.
