My name is Jay Adzema, and I own Adzema Pharmacy, the last pharmacy owned breakfast and lunch counter in Western Pennsylvania. We have been serving tasty and inexpensive breakfasts and lunches since 1959. The Allegheny Health Department is enforcing code requirements, which up to now, I have been grandfathered into. Most of these are plumbing related with no effect on food safety. The costs of these upgrades are reaching upwards of $20,000, which I simply cannot afford and maintain my current operation. I am asking my loyal customers and supporters to help me stay in business. Every bit helps, please consider any amount. Thank you.
