Hi! My name is Abigail Warren and I am raising money to repair my car. This car is my son and I's only way for transportation at the moment. We finally just got into our new apartment after 3 long years of being in and out of homeless shelters and couch surfing, and of course, my car breaks down. I need help.. it's been really hard being a single mom in this economy and I just want to keep my situation stable for my son and I. The quote that the car company gave me was $3,400. I don't have that right now unfortunately. I could do a financing option through a financing company but even then I'd have to pay that back within the first 100 days of getting that loan and I know I'm gonna need that money for rent. At this point, a home is most important so getting help with my car would be very ideal in our situation. My son deserves the best life and I work very hard. I'm trying the best I can everyday to make this house a home but without a car to help us keep it running, I'm nervous. I don't want to back track and end up in the shelter, once again.
