I’m a single mother living in New Jersey, and I’m facing an unexpected financial setback that has put my child and me at risk of losing our home. I’ve always worked hard to stay on top of my bills, but recent delays with income and rising expenses have pushed me farther behind on rent than I can recover from on my own.
