Keep a roof over my kids’ heads when I die

I’m reaching out to ask for your help.

My name is Vicky, and I have stage 4 melanoma.

There not much to be done and I’m on borrowed time, using medication to take down the swelling in my brain.

I have months, if I’m lucky. Or weeks.

I have three amazing children who have become my carers.

My eldest, Ione, 22, is part way through her teacher training. Lowenna, 20, is on her gap year and Fred, 18, is looking at apprenticeships.

They know they are losing me.

They need financial stability to pay the mortgage, bills and food.

I will die peacefully if I know that side of things is protected for them.

And in the meantime I can maybe heat the house, even get a takeaway treat.
