Hi everyone,
This is incredibly hard to write, and truthfully, I never imagined we’d be here. But life has thrown us a curveball, and we’re reaching out for help.
My husband recently lost his job. Because his employer held the corporate lease for our apartment, losing his job also meant losing our home. We’re now facing the very real threat of homelessness — not because we don’t work hard, but because sometimes, even the hardest working families fall through the cracks.
We just found a new place and a kind person who’s willing to give us a chance. But we need $5,000 to secure the move-in — this includes first month’s rent, deposit, and basic moving costs. Every dollar helps get us closer to stability and safety. The money will be used to get into a house.
We’re a family that shows up, works hard, and does everything we can to stay afloat. Asking for help like this is deeply humbling and honestly embarrassing — but our priority right now is keeping a roof over our heads.
If you can help us or even just share this, we would be forever grateful. Thank you for reading and for caring. ❤️
