A single mom I know with two young children relocated a year ago after a traumatic experience. As the family begins to heal, she faces a significant medical hardship.

She is getting promising interviews after getting laid off but rent is overdue and the refrigerator and the gas tank are empty.

Rents where she lives are exorbitant, as they are almost everywhere, and keeping this family housed and with a modicum of stability is key to getting them past this emergency situation.
