312 Pizza has been part of the Nashville community since we opened our doors in 2014, bringing our Chicago family recipes with us and building this restaurant with a lot of hard work, sacrifice, and heart.
My dad was a union plumber in Chicago, and my mom and dad put up their retirement to open 312 Pizza. My dad did our entire buildout, and from the day he stepped into the space until the day we opened, he did not take a single day off. This restaurant was built by our family from the ground up, with the dream of serving our customers food made with real care.
In 2016, we lost my dad to cancer. Keeping 312 Pizza going means so much to us not only because it is our family business, but because we would love to see his legacy live on through everything he helped build here.
It was always our goal to truly cook for the people who walk through our doors. Almost everything we serve is made in-house from scratch, from our dressings and ketchup to our dough, sauce, and mozzarella sticks. We have always believed in using real ingredients, with no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial dyes, no artificial preservatives, and no dough conditioners.
Over the years, 312 Pizza has worked to be more than just a restaurant. We have been a local, family-owned business that has shown up for this community, and Nashville has supported us along the way. Now, after several months of business slowing down, we are struggling in a way we have never faced before.
We have done everything we can think of to stay here and bring more customers through our doors, but we are now at a point where we may have to close. That is why we are asking for help. Your support will help us keep 312 Pizza going and give our family a chance to keep serving the community that has meant so much to us while honoring my dad's legacy. If you are able to donate or share this fundraiser, we would be deeply grateful.
