Hello! My name is Lisa Devine, owner of 2nd Chance Candles, and I’m reaching out for your support. 2nd Chance Candles isn’t just a store—it’s a sanctuary, a safe space, and a place where everyone who walks through the door leaves feeling uplifted and refreshed. Here, I host candle-making workshops like no others, each one infused with heart, soul, and a unique creative energy that makes it unforgettable.

Our family is facing a difficult chapter as my husband will soon be serving time in prison for past mistakes. During his absence, our candle business, 2nd Chance Candles, will be the only means of support for me and our three young children. Your support, whether through sharing, donating, or becoming a member of our Candle Club, will help us stay strong and keep this dream alive and a roof over my families heads.

October 15th marked my first year in this brick-and-mortar space, a dream come true, yet also a challenge. Like many small business owners, I’ve been navigating the ups and downs, working tirelessly to spread the word about my hidden gem. My candles are handcrafted with high-quality, clean ingredients, carefully curated for an experience that’s not just about candles but about comfort, connection, and creativity.

As a mom to three young children (ages 6, 5, and 2), balancing family and business has been no easy feat, but the love and support I get from my community keep me going. I’m so proud of what I’ve built and I’m not ready to have to shut this all down !
