Two days ago, this beautiful six-year-old husky was brought to the emergency hospital to say goodbye.

But the doctors who met him couldn’t let his story end there.

They fell in love with his sweet eyes, goofy smile, and silly personality, but most importantly, they knew something heartbreaking:

Keelo wasn’t dying. He just needed help.

He was suffering from a life-threatening urinary obstruction caused by massive bladder stones. Without treatment, he would die. But with emergency surgery, his doctors were confident he had an excellent prognosis and every reason to live.
