Keeleigh Prokopetz - hit by a drunk driver

Our very good friend Keeleigh Prokopetz was hit by a drunk driver on Friday October 13th 2023. Keeleigh was sitting at a red light and with out warning a drunk driver hit her from behind going at an estimated 80KM. Keeleigh is very lucky her injuries were not any worse. She has injured her pelvis and she will need to take some time off work to heal. For those of you that do not know Keeleigh, our friends often say she does God work. She is a PSW and works with our elderly population, many who suffer from dementia and need constant care. Her job often involves her lifting and carrying her clients. With the damage done on her pelvis, she will not be able to help her clients. I know Keeleigh and one of he first thing she said was she needed to get back to work because the health care industry is so understaffed that she just can't leave her colleagues hanging. She was not running back for the pay cheque, it because she cares so much for others. This is going to be a rough few months for her and I know she would never reach out and ask you all for help, but I would appreciate from the bottom of my heart if we could rally around her and allow her to take sometime off work to heal without being stressed about bills.
