Hello, my name is Joey Bird I am founder of Tow community we are raising money for Keagan Spencer’s whose life was tragically lost 11-4-23. Keagan was 25 years old leaves behind a beautiful little girl and son along with his fiancé. Keagan was killed doing what he loved doing Which was helping someone/something in need. We as a Tow Community are trying our hardest to help ease the stress on the family.
