Keagan Mac OConnor POWERS tribute album donation

Donation protected
This week Chattanooga lost a one of a kind human. Keagan OConnor was an insanely talented artist - in the realms of drawings, paintings, tattooing, and he was especially known here in town for his music. Most notably he was the incredible front man for Praymantha (though he was a little less recognizable with his insane zombie masks on hahah,) as the drummer and then guitar player for the doom metal band Powers, and then also a few people know back in the day he performed as a rap/hip hop artist with Downside. Beyond his art, Keagan was also deeply caring person - he had a tough exterior, but for anyone who knew him well or for anyone he came across in need, he was absolutely known as a sensitive, moral, and loving one of a kind human, in all regards, and he will and can never be replaced.

To honor and celebrate Keagan's memory, Ray Kronenberg, David Sterchi & I (Annie) have decided to record and put out a Powers tribute album with songs that Keagan wrote or helped to write for his metal band Powers that both Ray and David were in spanning from 2013-2018 (past members also include Michael Issacs & Walker Fitzgerald.) After hearing of his passing, David, Ray and I were playing old Powers songs because we felt that was how Keagan would have wanted us to celebrate his life, by doing something he loved maybe more than anything else in this world - playing music with his friends.

We got to thinking and realized that everyone deserves to hear these songs that Keagan put his whole soul into. So, we are going to start tonight recording his tribute album. This Go-Fund-Me will give 100% of the proceeds to Keagan's incredible mom, Alicia, and she wants to make a donation to a non-profit in Keagan's name. Anyone who knew Keagan's philanthropic personality knows how much this would mean to him.

We plan to post the recordings for free onto bandcamp, hopefully Spotify (if we can figure it out,) and for everyone who donates, we will burn a CD and deliver/ship it to you.

I have seen an absolute outpouring and out crying of love for Keagan from legitimately almost all of the people I know in Chattanooga - so let's all band together and help out his mom, Alicia, and donate to something meaningful in his honor.

Once we have the recordings finished, I will be posting on my facebook, Annie Haun, and instagram, @dagger.moon , for everyone to hear. If you donated and would like a CD at that point, just shoot me a message once you see my post and I will be sure to get one to you :).

Keagan, Rest in Powers(s) - you made a HUGE impact on so many people in Chattanooga & we want to make an impact now, in celebration of you. <3
