Hi, my name is Margarita, and I’m a stay-at-home mom of three.

Back in August, I had a court hearing for my son’s child support case. During that hearing, the judge decided to lower the father’s child support payments — a decision that deeply affects my son’s well-being and future.

But what hurt even more was being called “lazy” in court simply because I’ve chosen to stay home and raise my children full-time for the past 10 years. Being a mom is my greatest calling, and it’s heartbreaking to be judged for choosing to nurture and guide my children personally.

I couldn’t just accept that unfair ruling, so I decided to appeal the decision. I found a lawyer who truly believes in my case and wants to help me fight for fairness and justice — not just for my son, but for mothers everywhere who deserve respect for the work they do every single day at home.
