Ruben Rios was murdered on April 3, 2023.

He was a friend, an uncle, a brother, a son, and a loving father.

Ruben's life was taken too soon, he had a lot more to live and a lot more memories to make.

He was 18 years old, ready to start a new life being a father to a soon-to-be one-year-old beautiful daughter.

He was and will be loved by many.
