This year I’m running the London marathon and raising money for a charity very close to me and my family. As some people may or may not know I have lived with a pacemaker since 2012 after suffering from a sudden cardiac arrest. Any donations big or small are appreciated for a great cause.

More information about Cardiac Risk in the Young: Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) was established in 1995 to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths (YSCD, SADS) through awareness, screening and research; and to support affected families. CRY funds fast-track services at the CRY Centre for Inherited Cardiovascular Conditions and Sports Cardiology and the CRY Centre for Cardiac Pathology.
