This wasn’t our exact update that we planned but we got Leo’s results back from the removed lymphnode and it was found that he has metastatic cancer that has been causing all of these complications it is at this time we have to decide whether he is fit for chemotherapy or make the hard choice to let him cross over the rainbow bridge… I was never ready or could ever prepare myself for this situation. I appreciate everyone that has help us pay for his treatments/surgery. Please keep sharing and donating we are doing all we can at this time to stay afloat and also pay off my own chemotherapy and medications. Part 1.) Hi, my name is Hailey Hamlin. I would like to start off with saying Leo is my entire world. He is so deserving of an amazing quality of life after everything he’s helped me through. Leo is my therapy cat and my bestfriend. I am undergoing chemotherapy and health complications due to my leukemia and cannot do this without him. We took him into Riverside Cat Hospital when we noticed all the horrible swelling in his face, Leo has a mass that needs to be removed. Thankfully non cancerous but it is diminishing his quality of life by limiting him from eating and playing with his toys. He’s been having a really hard time, and it’s been nothing short of devastating seeing him not be his happy sweet self. If you’re able, please help me get my bestfriend back on his feet.
