Both Jim Andrews and I (Deneise Self) have made art in Bloomington, Indiana for over four decades. We work in different styles, but we share friendship and community. On Friday, June 3, 2022, in separate rooms of the IFell Gallery (on Fourth Street near Rogers), Jim and I will show together.
Costs for fees, framing, materials, and printing exceed our limited budget.
In the popup gallery space, Jim will exhibit small works in charcoal and pastel with three larger self portraits. In the other room, I am installing a retrospective collection of collage, photographs, video, and more recent (made during the pandemic) watercolor paintings.
We here ask fellow art enthusiasts to donate what you can if you can. And we thank you.
(Should donations exceed costs, Jim and I would divide the balance; if you prefer to specifically allocate, please message.)
All gifts will be greatly appreciated! Sending gratitude and blessings for your kind consideration.
Namaste, K. Deneise Self
