I wish I had a photo that this app would let me upload of him, but this gofund me is for my dog, Jake. a few weeks ago, I found a large lump on his back left leg. he was taken to the vet, who told us it was a mast cell tumour, and that he had skin cancer. After a few scans, the vet informed me that the cancer was caught early and was only localised to his skin and hadn't spread. I was told that a simple surgery could remove the tumour and that he would be okay, able to live a healthy, long life, but of course it doesn't come for free. with the surgery cost, the cost of scans, cost of blood-work, cost of post-op care and medication, the treatment that could save his life is upwards of £4,000.

due to the struggles with my health, I have been unable to work for a long time, and I can't afford to pay for his treatment. I need my boy. he's such an important part of my life, and I can't afford to lose him. please, even if you can only donate £1, anything helps.
