KC’s Recovery from a Stroke

Hi, my name is Marissa Ascanio (England) and I am doing a fundraiser for my brother KC and his wife Heather.

KC collapsed on 11/11/23, and was rushed to his local hospital where they discovered he had a hemorrhagic stroke in his midbrain. They then transferred him to the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake, where he has been since. He has a tracheostomy that is connected to a ventilator, with trials to wean him to high flow oxygen. He is currently strongest on his left side and working with physical, occupational, respiratory, and speech therapists to regain movement and function.

Any money donated will go towards KC’s medical bills and other living expenses. We are so thankful for all the help that has already been given and for the thoughs and prayers on his behalf.
