Hello! My name is Kiley, and together with a group of friends we are helping our friend Tabby and her husband Jimmy. We know Tabby from college, and we all consider ourselves our "college family". Tabby and Jimmy have 3 sons, Carson, Wyatt, and Levi. They've had some hiccups over the last few years with medical struggles and the accompanying high cost of medical care.

 

 

Carson started getting sick as a toddler, and it took a couple years to finally be diagnosed with Chiari Malformation. After a successful surgery to relieve pressure on his brainstem, he is a bright, joyful older brother. His medical costs continue piling up since he still requires some medical assistance, though, which has been tough on the family.

 

 

Recently, Jimmy had a couple surgeries, and he is still recovering. He has not been able to work during that time and is still struggling with neurological issues. Jimmy's medical leave has been without pay, which has put additional financial strains on their family. Tabby has done an amazing job taking care of Jimmy and the boys, which is no small feat. Jimmy is doing his best to get back to work, but in the meantime medical bills for his procedures are also piling up.

 

 

Tabby and Jimmy moved across the country to California several years ago for better job opportunities for Jimmy. They have no family nearby, but they are very lucky to have the support of their neighborhood. Jimmy has been the main source of income, as Tabby is home taking care of the children. Unfortunately in November 2021, they lost their 4th son Riley when Tabby was 21 weeks along in the pregnancy.

 

 

It's been an extremely difficult year for the Huffmans, financially, emotionally, and physically. They have a lot on their plates right now, and we wanted to help them out! Please donate to help the Huffmans with all their current expenses!
