Payoff Medical and Credit Cards

Donation protected

Here's my medical story. The week of July 4th 2019 I came down with a high grade fever and vomiting. I paid a ride to the hospital on July 5th since my fever did not break and was increasing to 103 degrees. In the emergency room the doctor thought there was an infection causing such a high fever. At this point I had both arms filled with IVs pumping antibiotic drugs and liquids to help break the fever and calm my stomach. Then the infection showed itself in the form of gangrene in a sensitive area. I had my first ultrasound done, got checked into a room and had my first surgery that night. I had my first catheter inserted, was bandaged, and later put on a wound vac. I had two more surgeries to clean and do the final cuts. A total of three surgeries in 5 days, dozens of antibiotics, and a wound of several inches long. I was in the hospital a total of 12 days, in a nursing home facility for 14 days and home nursing and recovery for 2 months.

While fighting for my life, I made mistakes. I wasn't aware of the specialists charging higher amounts for 5 minute visits. I didn't have family with me to stop them in the hall or doorway. I went on short term disability. Many of the medical billing companies did not have payment plans. I used my credit cards to supplement my living expenses and to pay off those companies so I wouldn't end up in collections. The credit cards debts accumulated fast.

I need your help to pay off the credit cards. My goal is 40000 to get these compound interest credit card medical debts paid.
