This year’s pay offer of just 1.4% for Higher Education is the lowest offer of all public sector areas.

We balloted our members on this offer, and 89% of participating members voted to strike.

We are now taking strike action for the pay deal KCL workers deserve. We demand immediate action to address low pay!
