Family Fire Recovery Fund

My fiance's brother Brian and his wife Mellissa, my future in-laws, have some very unfortunate news: their house was burned down in a fire Monday morning in the DC area and all of their belongings went with it. Fortunately, they found their kitten Ruby shown below. She loves playing in warm laundry, which is what she was doing in this photo:


Please find it in your heart to donate anything you can to help them get back on their feet in this very difficult time. Thankfully they are both okay but understandably, this is very shocking and difficult and confusing to navigate. They will need money for a u-haul rental to salvage all of their goods, help replacing clothing and immediate items like a laptop which was lost in the fire, and enough money for a month to rent a temporary place. Also, if you are in the DC area and you know anyone who is renting a place or has a vacant place to stay all of those things would be very helpful.
