Anyone who knows Joan Brannon has benefited from her wisdom, her energy, her healing, her love.....whether through her drumming, her teachings or her friendship. It came to my attention that since November Joan has been unable to work as much (or at all) due to a close family member becoming and being very ill. True to who Joan is, she has been with her family, where she knew she most needed to be.
As most of you know, Joan's life and livelihood are built around sharing her wisdom, art and expertise with others. Due to the current situation in her family, Joan has missed out on opportunities to work and will likely have some decrease in future work, so that she will be able to be with her family member, on their journey. I am hopeful that the community that has been blessed through and by Joan will be part of an outpouring of love to her by making financial realities and necessities less stressful.
The purpose of these funds will be to alleviate financial burdens that have accumulated over the last months and to provide loving support for Joan and her family, however she deems necessary, moving forward. I have been reminded by Joan so many times that all is okay and there is always enough, so whatever you can offer is gratefully appreciated.
