KC is an accountability coach, trainer, groomsman, best man, and best friend to so many. He strives to make a difference in people's lives day in and day out and now he needs our help. Last month, KC was in a serious car accident and is now on the long road to recovery. The prognosis is that he will make close to a full recovery, but he needs your help to get there. As you know, KC takes great care of himself and his clients physically, mentally, and emotionally and now we hope you will be there for him.

KC was t-boned by a lady that accelerated through a red light, hitting his driver side door head on.  He suffered a collapsed lung, he broke his back, ribs, and hip, and suffered a severe concussion. He also received staples in the back of his head, chin, and down his leg. To cap it all off, he tore a significant portion of his glute, which was causing complications with his hip. This required him to have surgery to reduce the potential for future mobility issues.
