100 miles for men’s mental health

Donation protected
Hello everyone!

On may 3rd I am looking to complete a 100-mile run over the course of a 24-hour day with very little running experience in order to raise awareness and money in support of men’s mental health. The charity I have chosen is Movember Canada, which is a highly reputable institute that supports breaking the stigma around men’s mental health, fighting prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and much more. Not only do they take donations under a registered charity number, but they also host events, write blog stories, and have other ways for people to contribute rather than just money. Mental health is very important to me because everyone has been affected by mental health in some way. According to recent Statistics on the Government of Canada’s webpage, suicide rates are three times higher among men than women. This is heartbreaking as mental health has commonly been overlooked until recent years.

Now I would like to ask you to join my cause in completing this journey of 100 miles to make a change in the future of men’s mental health. Any donations, promotions, thoughtful messages, or even outreaches for help are beyond appreciated in my journey to contribute to this greater cause.

Attached below will be a link to my GoFundMe fundraiser and the Movember Canada website. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or are curious about how you can get involved.

My best,
