**** So Carolines treatment has'nt gone to plan and she will be a little longer out of work, so I ask you all to give a little if you can to support our beautiful friend and get her on that road to recovery with as little financial stress as possible. We cant take away the cancer but we can make the journey a bit easier******
Caroline was diagnosed with Bowel cancer last year and has undergone many surgeries both in UCHG and the Mater Hospital. A few weeks ago Caroline learned the cancer has spread and is currently receiving chemotherapy and has more surgeries to endure down the line. We the friends of Caroline are raising money to make her journey a bit easier. Caroline lives in claregalway and was actively involved with Claregalway basketball club up to her diagnoses. Caroline is hoping to return to that role and her job in Tesco when she has won this battle. Anyone that knows Caroline knows she is a Trojan worker and an amazing friend we would like to make her journey a bit easier. Cancer causes a huge emotional and finiancial burden on a household, we her friends reckon if we team together we can lighten the load.
