Hi everyone,
My good friend and fellow yogi, Allie was in a car accident on her way to yoga yesterday and needs our help! There are not many details to go on so far but she texted me on her way to the hospital and was being sent to Mass General with serious spinal injuries requiring at least two surgeries. As of this morning she was in the ICU and unable to take calls.
Please use this as a space to share positive vibes for her to get better and donate any amount you can to help her with what are sure to be astronomical medical bills.
