Help Natasha Fight Brain Cancer — Support Her Journey to Treatment
Hi everyone,
My name is Arrin, and I’m reaching out with heavy hearts on behalf of my beautiful sister Natasha, a strong and loving 37-year-old woman who is facing a battle no one should have to fight.
Natasha, who lives in Kamloops, BC with her devoted husband Kyle, has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Anaplastic Astrocytoma (Glioblastoma) — a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. On top of that, she’s also fighting Stage 2 Melanoma and severe IgA Vasculitis, an autoimmune disease that causes painful inflammation and serious kidney involvement.
Because Kamloops does not have a radiation treatment centre, Natasha will be staying with me and my family in Penticton while she undergoes regular treatment in Kelowna, over an hour away.
Her husband Kyle works hard as a cleaner for medical businesses, and both he and Natasha are receiving limited government support — but it’s simply not enough to cover the added costs of travel, medical needs, and time off work.
Kyle wants nothing more than to be by Natasha’s side during this incredibly difficult time, but taking time off work to stay in Penticton with her means losing critical income — income they rely on to get by.
We’re hoping to raise funds to help:
• Cover Kyle’s lost wages so he can take time off to support Natasha in Penticton
• Assist with travel and treatment-related expenses
• Provide for other costs not covered by government funding
If you’re able to help — whether through a donation or by sharing this page — you’ll be making a real difference in Natasha and Kyle’s lives. Your support means Kyle can be by Natasha’s side as she undergoes the fight of her life.
Thank you so much for your love, kindness, and generosity.
With deep gratitude,
Our whole family
