Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020, an EF3 Tornado ripped through Chattanooga, Tennessee, leaving destruction in its wake. A slight severe storm threat quickly turned into widespread devastation.
Unfortunately, the home of the Robinson Family was in the path of the violent storm. Steve and Beth Robinson and their four children (TC, AJ, Dakota and Jaxson) and their dog (Striker) all survived the storm. Their home, however did not. Steve and their oldest son TC hunkered down as the tornado battered their home, ripped off the roof and tore it apart. Gratefully, Beth and the three youngest were a few miles down the road, on their way home, as the storm smashed the children’s bedrooms and destroyed their home, property, neighborhood and community.
Beth and Steve recently moved back to Chattanooga, Tennessee (Beth’s hometown) from Colorado. Beth works tirelessly as a local nurse. Their oldest son, TC, recently returned home from a church mission serving in Peru. He arrived home three days before the tornado struck.
During this time of chaos- the Covid-19 Pandemic, school closures, shelter-in-place orders and now the loss of the Robinson’s home, let’s come together to help relieve this burden, for “…When ye are in the service of your fellow beings, ye are only in the service of your God.”
All donations will be used for the needs of the Robinson family- basic living expenses as they work to rebuild their home. Please show your love and support however you are able. And many, many thanks!
