Georgie is my 32 year old nephew. Born 6 weeks premature Georgie is afflicted with multiple disabilities. These include cerebral palsy,ocd,pdd,speech disorder,copd,and mild mr. A recent er visit revealed he is in urgent need of surgery to remove his gall bladder and biopsy his liver. He is one very sick young man. His Medicare covers most but not all of his expenses. His mom,my sister, is disabled herself and is his only caregiver. She requires a walker. 
This extreme decline in Georgie’s health has put a great strain on their very limited income. He must have breathing treatments, trips to drs that are out of town, a special diet, over the counter meds not covered etc. 
Any amount you can donate would be greatlyappreciated by the whole family. 
My nephew is a special young man. Always a smile on his face happy to see me. It is painful to see him so miserable. I want to put a smile on his face again. Thank you.
