In the early morning on Monday August 20, 2018, Kaz White was returning to his home in Sunapee, NH after a weekend visiting friends in Syracuse, NY.
He sustained critically severe traumatic injuries in a horrific head on motor vehicle accident with a 2018 Kenworth tractor trailer hauling logs on VT Route 103 in Rockingham, VT within a mile of the Vermont Country Store.
He was taken to Springfield, VT by ambulance, then flown to Dartmouth - Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
The injuries include highly extensive traumatic broken bones on both sides of his body, from the neck down; as well as extensive injuries to his upper-left arm.
All of these will require the current & foreseeable multiple surgeries, extended intense rehab and physical therapy over the next coming months and year(s).
The State of NH has certain guidelines regarding both vehicle & medical insurances. Though he has both, it is also very early, and undetermined if there will be any coverage from the other involved party.
This GoFundMe is to be used solely for the multiple medical procedures, rehab, and physical therapy costs not covered by involved insurances.
Anything donated is greatly appreciated. If you can't donate don't worry about it! Prayers, howls, chants, good vibes and jammin' ju-ju is just as precious!!
It honestly is a HUGE MIRACLE he is still with us. Miracles are continuing daily! It's a beautiful thing!
