Kaz and their goblin kidneys

So. The TLDR is my left kidney is turbo screwed. I'll save a whole lot of medical jargon and break it down like this.
Sometime in April I managed to get into my doctors and see a urologist over blood in my urine. This was coupled with malnutrition due to gastroparesis and made getting a real diagnosis rough. I wasn't in enough pain to flag anything related to the kidney, but we decided it would be wise to follow up with a specialist as there was no bacteria in my urine cultures, so it wasn't a UTI.
The urologist spent the whole time insisting it was probably still a uti and didn't want to risk imaging because I could be, or become, pregnant. (For medical reasons, this is impossible). He sent me off with Tylenol and antibiotics.
Later in April I went to the ER after an Oberon show because I was pretty sure I pulled something in my back, ended up on the floor in pain. Anyone who knows me understands the level of pain tolerance I have, this was no minor issue.
While there the er doctor pulled imageing and noticed an extreme growth of what he assumes is stones in my left kidney. Treated me for what he assumed was a passing stone and sent me off. Which. Was better then I was, so yay?
But. I still was in pain for months. I assumed it was my back. No big. Right?
Gastroparesis got worse. Everything I ate made me feel like hell. Spent months fighting with insurance to get to see a nutritionalist. Finally get to see her in Oct and she is convinced it's something more then GP causing my food issues.
Fast forward to late November and I end up peeing pure blood. Which. Was exciting. And not how I wanted to spend another day at the er. Told it was just a stone. Given nsids. Sent off.
More pain. Hit urgent care. Doctor took 18 picks to get an iv in to give me toradol. Complaining the whole time that he would rather I get morphine.... He was an idoit
2 days later go to the er because I am having heart palpations and chest pain for no discernable reason. (turns out, it was a pain response)
2 days letter go back to urgent care, new doctor refuses to treat me because my arms were covered in needle marks from failed ivs, I can't get to my pcp until the next day, go to the er....
Spend 6 hours at the er and have 4 diffrent nurses try to get me an iv for fluids and an nsid, almost 30 picks later finally tap a vein. They order an ultrasound and guess who's kidney is completly blocked.
Saw my pcp yesterday. Got a refferal to a new urologist. He reviewed my old images and was horrified. Insists we have to surgically deal with the blockage. Waiting for a CT now.....and will need surgery, the question is just how much now.
This whole thing. Even with my insurance is killing me. Each er visit is 200. Each urgent care 55. Each office visit 55. And BCBS keeps fighting me. Not to mention missed work time.
I run a community center. I really don't make much. My time, energy, and money have all gone to Excelsior for the last 9 years. I am just completely at a loss here and have no idea what I'm supposed to do to deal with this. I don't think I've done anything wrong
